We are seeking a skilled and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee our interior and construction projects The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills hands-on site execution experience and the ability to manage workers subcontractors materials and timelines efficiently Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior and construction projects Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and vendors Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications Manage labor materials and site resources effectively Monitor project progress and report updates to management Maintain safety and compliance at the site Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently Requirements Fresher or Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Supervisor interiors construction Robust knowledge of interior fit-outs civil works and finishing Ability to read and understand drawings Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred Willingness to travel to different project sites Job Type Full-time Pay 11 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Work Location In person
