This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Min Experience 6 years Location NCR JobType full-time We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and scale a predictable high-quality hiring engine while shaping a strong employer brand in the market This role will be instrumental in driving recruitment strategy building talent pipelines and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience Requirements Key Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy Define implement and optimize hiring processes to balance speed with quality Partner with leadership to translate workforce plans into actionable recruitment pipelines Manage and coordinate with external recruiters and agencies for niche tech and senior leadership roles Execution Pipeline Building Lead sourcing across technology product business and leadership roles using LinkedIn Recruiter Naukri and other platforms Build proactive talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions Ensure structured unbiased interview processes with calibrated scorecards Team Management Mentor and guide junior recruiters and HR staff Scale the TA team by adding recruiters coordinators and HRBPs as business needs grow Employer Branding Candidate Experience Drive campaigns events and referral programs to position the company as an employer of choice Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding Metrics Reporting Track and analyze hiring metrics such as time-to-hire cost-per-hire source effectiveness and offer-to-join ratio Present recruitment dashboards and insights to leadership on a weekly basis Requirements 6-10 years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role Proven track record of scaling tech and leadership hiring 50 hires annually Strong sourcing expertise and network within the Indian talent market Experience in managing recruitment agencies negotiating terms and delivering results under tight deadlines Hands-on experience with ATS platforms Zoho Recruit Darwinbox Greenhouse Lever etc and sourcing tools LinkedIn Recruiter Naukri Cutshort Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced high-growth environment
