Job Summary We are seeking skilled Solar Technicians to install maintain and repair solar photovoltaic PV systems The role involves working on residential commercial and industrial solar projects ensuring secure installation efficient performance and compliance with industry standards Key Responsibilities Install solar PV panels inverters batteries and mounting systems at customer sites Conduct electrical wiring grounding and system connections in compliance with safety and electrical codes Perform site assessments roof measurements and shading analysis for solar installations Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of solar systems including troubleshooting faults and replacing defective components Test system performance using tools meters verify efficiency and safety of installed systems Provide technical support to customers on operation cleaning and basic maintenance of solar systems Prepare service reports installation records and maintenance logs Ensure adherence to safety protocols quality standards and local regulations Collaborate with project engineers electricians and site supervisors for smooth execution of projects Qualifications Skills Education ITI Diploma Bachelor s degree in Electrical Electronics or Renewable Energy preferred Experience 1-3 years in solar PV installation service freshers with training can also apply Technical Skills Knowledge of solar PV systems inverters batteries and charge controllers Basic understanding of electrical wiring earthing and safety procedures Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams site plans and manuals Physical ability to work at heights on rooftops and in outdoor conditions Good troubleshooting problem-solving and customer interaction skills Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 1 week Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month
