Job Summary The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities ensuring smooth execution of projects coordinating with internal teams and external vendors and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards The role requires strong technical knowledge problem-solving skills and the ability to manage operations efficiently Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operational activities at project sites or within the facility Monitor project progress timelines and deliverables to ensure completion within budget and quality standards Coordinate with vendors contractors and suppliers for material procurement and timely delivery Ensure adherence to safety compliance and quality standards as per organizational and statutory guidelines Prepare and maintain reports related to operations project status and resource utilization Assist in manpower planning allocation and performance monitoring of on-site staff Support in resolving operational challenges by providing technical and administrative solutions Work closely with project managers and senior management for process improvements and operational efficiency Conduct inspections and audits to ensure operational excellence and adherence to best practices Maintain documentation for operational activities including records of materials equipment and manpower usage Required Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of engineering principles Mechanical Civil Valuable understanding of project execution site management and operations Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards Job Type Full-time Pay 17 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
