Key Responsibilities Operations Management Supervise daily operations of STP ETP RO and UF facilities to ensure smooth functioning Monitor and optimize plant performance process parameters and quality of treated water Ensure compliance with environmental and statutory standards Maintenance Management Prepare and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all treatment systems and associated equipment Minimize breakdowns by implementing effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis Manage spare parts inventory and vendor relationships for critical equipment Team Leadership Lead and train a team of operators engineers and technicians for all O M activities Conduct skill development and safety training sessions for plant personnel Client Stakeholder Coordination Act as the single point of contact for clients regarding plant performance service issues and reporting Submit detailed O M and compliance reports to clients and senior management on a regular basis Budgeting Resource Management Plan and manage O M budgets effectively Allocate resources to achieve maximum plant uptime and efficiency HSE Compliance Enforce strict adherence to Health Safety Workplace HSE standards at all plants Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions Project Support Provide technical support during erection commissioning and handover of new plants Recommend process improvements and system upgrades for better efficiency Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Environmental or Chemical Engineering 10 years of experience in Operations Maintenance of STP ETP RO and UF systems with at least 5 years in a managerial role Strong expertise in water and wastewater treatment processes mechanical electrical systems and plant automation Proven track record of ensuring plant compliance and achieving high uptime levels Key Skills In-depth technical knowledge of STP ETP RO and UF processes Strong leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent client handling and communication skills Ability to manage budgets optimize costs and ensure resource efficiency Proficiency in MS Office and plant O M reporting tools Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
