Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and 5-10 years experienced Test Lead with a robust background in manual and automation testing using Java and Selenium The ideal candidate will lead the QA efforts for one or more projects ensuring the delivery of high-quality software through effective test planning execution and automation strategies Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities manual automation across projects Design develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Java and Selenium Create detailed comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases Perform functional regression integration and system testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers product owners and DevOps Identify log track and drive resolution of defects and issues Optimize and maintain the automation suite for maximum efficiency and coverage Review code and test scripts created by team members to ensure quality and adherence to standards Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical leadership to the team Define and implement QA processes tools and best practices Report test progress metrics and results to stakeholders Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field 5-10 years of experience in software testing with at least 4 years in test automation Strong programming skills in Java Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver TestNG or JUnit Experience in manual testing test case design and defect management Good understanding of SDLC STLC Agile methodologies Scrum Kanban Experience with tools like JIRA Git Jenkins Maven Postman Exposure to API testing performance testing tools is a plus Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills
