Dear Candidate Greetings of the Day URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR PLANNING ENGINEER FOR MEP PROJECTS FOR BANGALORE Job Title Planning Engineer Third Party Role Department MEP Projects Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution ensuring timely completion within budget and maintaining the highest standards of compliance and quality Key Responsibilities Planning Develop and implement effective month plans and catch-up strategies to ensure project milestones are met Ensure resource allocation aligns with project needs and timelines Monitoring and Reporting Regularly monitor and report on project progress through Daily Progress Reports DPR Weekly Progress Reports WPR and Monthly Progress Reports MPR Analyze Plan vs Actual metrics to identify areas for improvement Budgeting and Financial Management Oversee project budgeting ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control Prepare and certify Running Account RA Bills and coordinate with clients for approval Conduct rate analysis to ensure competitive and fair pricing Scheduling Utilize Microsoft Project MSP for detailed project scheduling and tracking Meetings and Reviews Conduct and participate in regular review meetings to assess project status and address potential issues Contract and Claims Management Manage claims contracts and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Prepare and oversee contracts Letters of Intent LOI Letters of Acceptance LOA and Work Orders in SAP Certify subcontractor bills and manage subcontractor bill processing on SAP Quality Control and Compliance Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations Certify Request for Inspection RFI of work from clients ensuring high-quality deliverables Collaboration and Communication Collaborate effectively with internal teams clients and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering BE or Bachelor of Technology B Tech in Mechanical Engineering Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or similar role in MEP Projects for a minimum 2 years or above Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project MSP and SAP Excellent organizational leadership and decision-making skills Robust communication and interpersonal abilities Application Instructions Opening is on Third-party 3 year contractual basis No bond agreement Salary Other Allowances Salary Package range from Rs 30 000 to Rs 38 000 - per month PF Insurance Yearly Performance Bonus Leave Encashment Travel Allowance as applicable Interested or references please whatsapp (phone hidden) or mail stemford recruiter12 gmail com Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 38 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Experience Planning Engineering in MEP Projects 2 years Required Work Location In person
