Job description Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Civil Procurement Engineer to join our procurement team The successful candidate will assist in the procurement of materials equipment and services for our construction projects ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery Key Responsibilities 1 Assist in the preparation of tender documents RFQs and RFPs for procurement of materials equipment and services 2 Evaluate and analyze bids quotes and proposals from suppliers and subcontractors 3 Negotiate prices terms and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors 4 Prepare and manage procurement contracts purchase orders and agreements 5 Coordinate with project teams to ensure procurement aligns with project requirements and timelines 6 Monitor and track procurement performance metrics such as lead times costs and quality 7 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement transactions contracts and supplier information 8 Collaborate with the supply chain team to resolve any procurement-related issues 9 Stay informed about market trends supplier capabilities and industry developments 10 Comply with company policies procedures and ethical standards Requirements 1 Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Procurement Supply Chain Management or a related field 2 3-5 years of experience in procurement supply chain management or a related field preferably in the construction industry 3 Knowledge of procurement principles practices and regulations 4 Familiarity with construction materials equipment and services 5 Excellent analytical negotiation and communication skills 6 Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint 7 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks 8 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Job Type Full-time Pay 30 675 83 - 44 676 19 per month Perks Provident Fund Work Location In person
