Job Title Junior Surveyor Project Type Mivan High-Rise Residential Projects Experience 1-3 Years Department Survey Execution - Structures Reporting To Senior Surveyor Site Engineer Project Manager Job Responsibilities 1 Survey Work Execution Assist in marking and setting out structural elements such as grids columns walls lift cores and slabs Use total station auto level and other survey instruments under guidance of the senior surveyor Transfer levels benchmarks and coordinates floor-wise as per approved drawings 2 Pre Post Concreting Survey Checks Verify shuttering alignment and levels before concreting Re-check dimensions post-concreting and mark reference points for next cycle 3 Coordination Work closely with the Mivan execution team to provide accurate markings in line with pour planning Coordinate with QA QC and structural engineers for inspections and approvals 4 Data Handling Record Keeping Maintain survey logs drawing references and field data Assist in preparing as-built drawings and level reports 5 Equipment Handling Maintenance Handle instruments like total station auto level laser level and ensure they are calibrated Report any issues or errors in instruments to senior surveyor immediately Skills Required Basic knowledge of surveying tools and layout methods Ability to read structural drawings and understand site layouts Team coordination accuracy in measurements and record-keeping Exposure to Mivan formwork system is preferred Qualifications ITI Diploma in Civil Engineering Surveying 1-3 years of relevant experience in high-rise or Mivan projects Website https asbl in Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month
