Job Responsibilities Conduct daily classes on Air Conditioning system installation servicing and repair Deliver both theoretical concepts and practical demonstrations Teach various AC systems such as split window cassette and central AC units Train students on tools safety procedures diagnostics and maintenance Assist students in hands-on lab sessions ensuring safety and skill development Evaluate students through tests assignments and practical exams Prepare training materials manuals and support documentation Track student progress and provide feedback for improvement Maintain workshop equipment and lab tools in working condition Coordinate with the academic team for scheduling and student management Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Air Conditioning installation and servicing ITI Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or relevant field Teaching or training experience is an added advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to guide students with practical troubleshooting Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 13 993 85 - 15 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Application Deadline 29 07 2025 Expected Start Date 31 07 2025
