We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer who is passionate about crafting spaces The ideal candidate will have a solid artistic vision technical expertise and excellent interpersonal skills You will manage design projects from concept to completion ensuring they align with client needs industry trends and regulatory guidelines We value innovation sustainability and functionality and seek a designer who is driven to push creative boundaries while maintaining practicality and efficiency in their work Qualifications Skills Minimum 1 year of experience designing residential and commercial interior spaces Office Retail and F B sectors A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and functional designs Proficiency in Vectorworks Preferred AutoCAD Sketchup Rhino Twinmotion V ray Enscape Revit Presentation tools Adobe Suite Keen eye for detail creative talent and imagination Strong communication and presentation skills - ability to persuade and articulate design concepts Excellent time management and ability to work in a team-oriented environment Bachelor s degree in Architecture Interior Design or a related field Key Responsibilities Generate precise and accurate Technical drawings from sketches verbal instructions and site visits Produce architectural and technical drawings in compliance with statutory authority guidelines Coordinate with external consultants suppliers to ensure submission requirements are met Prepare detailed shop drawings for joinery metalwork and fixed furniture Create Bills of Quantities BOQ for projects Compile material specification sheets finishes lighting FF E using Excel with images Maintain organised project documentation and drawing lists Print format and distribute drawing sets for project managers and site supervisors Systematically save and manage CAD files keeping the project server structured and up to date Thoroughly review and check drawings for accuracy and compliance before submission Manage and handle multiple projects simultaneously Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person Application Deadline 30 08 2025
