Key Responsibilities Sales and Revenue Generation Identify approach and convert potential leads into clients for Tally software and related services Meet and exceed sales targets consistently Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals Act as a trusted advisor to clients addressing their queries and offering tailored solutions Product Expertise Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Tally products features and functionalities Provide product demonstrations and guide clients on the benefits of Tally software Market Research Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify business opportunities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance market presence Team Collaboration Work closely with the technical implementation and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction Share insights and feedback with the management to improve products and services Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field Proven experience of 3-5 years in B2B sales preferably in software or ERP solutions Knowledge of Tally products is highly desirable Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Results-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden) Expected Start Date 31 07 2025
