Job brief We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to meet the company s workforce needs This role involves collaborating with hiring managers developing recruitment strategies and ensuring a seamless hiring process Responsibilities Design and update job descriptions Source potential candidates from various online channels e g social media and professional platforms like Linkedin Indeed Monster Timesjob Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates Interview candidates via phone video and in-person Advertise job openings on company s careers page social media job boards and internally Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from job posting to onboarding Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles Conduct background checks and verify references Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Proven experience as a recruiter agency or in-house Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities High level of professionalism and confidentiality Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Experience with sourcing techniques Solid verbal and written communication skills Sound judgment Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Adaptable schedule Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Ability to commute relocate Thaltej Ahmedabad Gujarat Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s What is your expectation salary What will be your Notice Period Experience Recruiting 1 year Required Work Location In person
