Senior Manager - Projects About the organization Infinium Developers is a startup in the Real Estate space based out of Coimbatore Our business interests are in Residential Spaces Commercial Spaces IT Parks Plots etc We re a young company with an open and vibrant culture We re looking for individuals who have a great appetite to learn and contribute to the growth of the organization Role Projects Industry Real Estate Designation Senior Manager Department Engineering Employment Type Full time Permanent Location Coimbatore Key Responsibilities 1 Project Planning Execution o Lead end-to-end project planning scheduling and execution of all construction activities o Review project timelines cost estimates and resource plans to ensure feasibility and accuracy o Establish clear project milestones and monitor progress against defined deliverables o Ensure adherence to construction drawings technical specifications and safety standards 2 Quality Cost Time Management o Ensure projects are delivered within budget on time and to required quality benchmarks o Implement strict cost control measures and ensure effective utilization of materials manpower and machinery o Oversee quality assurance across all stages from foundation to finishing works o Conduct regular reviews to identify deviations and implement corrective actions promptly 3 Team Leadership Coordination o Lead a multidisciplinary team of project managers engineers and site staff to ensure smooth project execution o Enhance team productivity and efficiency through regular performance evaluations guidance and motivation o Foster coordination among departments including design MEP procurement QA QC and safety o Promote a culture of accountability teamwork and continuous improvement 4 Stakeholder Management o Coordinate with consultants architects and contractors to resolve design or site issues o Maintain strong communication with management on project status risks and progress updates o Ensure timely approvals inspections and compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements 5 Monitoring Reporting o Conduct periodic project reviews site audits and performance assessments o Monitor key performance indicators related to cost schedule and quality o Prepare detailed project reports and progress presentations for senior management Desired Candidate Profile B E in Civil Engineering with 15-20 years of experience in managing end-to-end construction of residential and commercial projects Proven track record in project execution cost control quality management and leadership Strong technical understanding of civil structural finishing and MEP works Excellent communication decision-making and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under deadlines Proficient in project management tools MS Excel and scheduling software Primavera MS Project preferred Job Type Full time Pay 80 000 00 - 85 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work Location In person
