Key Responsibilities Patient Care Support Assist in preparing patients for consultations examinations and surgical procedures Provide pre- and post-operative instructions under the doctor s guidance Monitor patient comfort and address immediate concerns during visits Clinical Assistance Support the oncologist during minor procedures and dressings Handle specimen collection labeling and coordination with pathology Maintain sterile techniques and ensure compliance with infection control protocols Administrative Duties Schedule patient appointments follow-ups and surgical bookings Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records Coordinate with hospital departments radiology pathology pharmacy etc for timely investigations and reports Communication Coordination Act as a liaison between patients families and the oncologist Facilitate communication with multidisciplinary teams medical oncologists radiologists nurses Assist in patient education regarding treatment plans medications and lifestyle guidance Operational Support Ensure availability of surgical instruments consumables and medical supplies Assist in documentation for insurance billing and consent forms Support research activities audits and clinical trials if required Qualifications Bachelor s degree diploma in Nursing Medical Assistance or Life Sciences Certification in clinical assistance or medical support preferred Prior experience in oncology or surgical departments is an advantage Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of medical terminology and oncology practices Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Compassionate patient-handling skills Proficiency in electronic medical records EMR systems Effective communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and adherence to confidentiality standards Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Fresher in BHMS BAMS 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
