Key Responsibilities Handle complete accounting of a manpower and security services company using Tally ERP Prime Manage monthly payroll for a workforce including skilled semi-skilled unskilled staff and security guards Ensure EPF ESIC compliance including registration challans returns and statutory filings Handle GST compliances applicable to manpower security services GSTR-1 GSTR-3B reconciliation notices Manage TDS compliances salary contractors professionals and timely return filing Prepare wage sheets attendance-based salary calculations overtime minimum wages and statutory deductions Client-wise billing invoicing reconciliation and outstanding tracking Finalization of accounts including Balance Sheet and Profit Loss Account Coordinate with CA auditors and statutory authorities Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements Required Skills Experience Expert-level knowledge of Tally ERP Prime Strong hands-on experience in manpower security services accounting In-depth knowledge of EPF ESIC GST TDS and payroll processing Good command over Excel and MIS reporting High accuracy compliance orientation and ability to handle responsibilities independently Qualification B Com M Com CA-Inter Equivalent Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Salary As per experience and skill set How to Apply Please send your resume to hr lko rekhasecurity co in Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
