Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish The candidate will be responsible for planning execution and supervision of the site ensuring the project meets design specifications budgets and timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities Coordinate with contractors subcontractors consultants and suppliers Interpret technical drawings construction plans and specifications Ensure compliance with design safety and quality standards Prepare daily weekly progress reports and submit to the project management team Plan material and labor requirements based on project schedules Assist in site inspections measurements and quality control testing Resolve technical issues and challenges in office in a timely manner Monitor and enforce health and safety compliance on-site Liaise with local authorities for site approvals and permits when required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering 1-5 years of relevant experience in site execution and supervision Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and legal regulations Proficient in AutoCAD MS Project Primavera and MS Office Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents Strong problem-solving and communication skills Familiarity with surveying instruments and site testing procedures Ability to work in a team and independently under pressure Working Conditions On-site presence at construction projects May require travel to multiple sites Must be available for extended hours or weekends as project demands Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
