Job Title Chief Financial Officer CFO Location Plot No 58 Sector 155 Noida UP Industry Electronics sector preferred Reports to CEO Board of Directors Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer CFO to lead our finance and accounting function The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis budgeting compliance and driving the company s overall financial strategy The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the electronics industry and demonstrate strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Key Responsibilities Financial Planning Analysis Lead the preparation of financial models business plans and long-term forecasts to support strategic decision-making Budgeting Forecasting Oversee the annual budgeting process monitor variances and ensure proactive corrective actions Cash Flow Working Capital Management Ensure robust cash flow planning and optimize working capital to support business operations Ensure compliance with statutory regulations tax laws and handle internal and external audits effectively Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting including monthly MIS P L balance sheet and other financial statements Build and maintain strong relationships with investors financial institutions and other key stakeholders Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks through effective internal controls and governance practices Compliance Audit Management Financial Reporting Investor Relations Risk Management Qualifications Experience Educational Qualification Chartered Accountant CA is a must Experience 8-12 years of experience in senior-level finance roles preferably in the electronics or manufacturing sector Proven expertise in strategic financial planning budgeting audit and compliance Solid leadership communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems e g SAP Tally etc Ability to work in a fast-paced growth-driven environment email - hrupport clair onilne (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 100 000 00 - 150 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
