Job Title HR Executive Experience Required 2-3 Years Location Fazal Ganj Kanpur U P Department Human Resources Employment Type Full time Onsite Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive with 2-3 years of hands-on experience to support day-to-day HR operations The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment employee engagement HR administration and compliance while ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with organizational policies Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding Handle employee lifecycle activities such as joining confirmation appraisal transfers and exit formalities Maintain and update employee records HR databases and personnel files Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance leave and employee data Administer HR policies procedures and ensure statutory compliance PF ESI labor laws etc Assist in performance management processes and employee appraisal cycles Address employee queries and support employee relations initiatives Coordinate training and development programs and recognize skill gaps Support HR audits and ensure documentation compliance Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and welfare activities Required Skills Competencies Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Proficient in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint and HRMS tools Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving and conflict management skills Educational Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Experience 2-3 years of relevant experience in an HR Generalist or HR Executive role Preferred Attributes Positive attitude and people-centric approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
