We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Visa Counsellor cum Legal Handler to guide clients through visa and immigration processes while ensuring legal compliance with documentation and case handling The ideal candidate will have strong counselling skills up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and the ability to manage legal paperwork accurately Key Responsibilities Visa Counselling Duties Provide consultation to clients regarding study tourist work PR and other visa categories Assess client profiles and suggest suitable visa options based on eligibility Explain visa procedures documentation requirements timelines and costs Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and provide status updates Coordinate with embassies immigration authorities and education partners when required Assist clients in preparing SOPs GTE GS statements and other supporting documents Legal Documentation Handling Review and verify all client documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration laws Handle legal paperwork affidavits declarations and visa application forms Maintain confidential client records and legal files systematically Stay updated with changes in visa rules immigration policies and legal requirements Identify risks in applications and advise clients on legal solutions or alternative pathways Liaise with legal advisors or registered migration agents when necessary Job Type Full time Pay 10 863 11 - 36 274 45 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
