Company Spectra Solar Location Gurgaon Head Office Employment Type Permanent About Spectra Solar Spectra Solar is a growing renewable energy company committed to delivering high-quality solar solutions across residential commercial and industrial projects With a focus on innovation sustainability and operational excellence we aim to drive India s clean energy transition About the Role Spectra Solar is seeking a skilled Accountant Finance Accounts to oversee day-to-day financial operations ensure accurate bookkeeping drive statutory compliance and support management through timely MIS and financial reporting The ideal candidate must have strong analytical ability and experience managing finance operations in a fast-paced business environment Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting Reporting Manage daily accounting operations and monthly closing of books Prepare and review financial statements MIS reports and variance analysis Maintain accurate general ledger entries Accounts Payable Receivable Handle accounts payable vendor reconciliations and timely vendor payments Manage accounts receivable invoicing and follow-up for collections Coordinate with project teams for billing and cash-flow forecasting Compliance Audit Ensure compliance with GST TDS Income Tax and related statutory requirements Prepare and file GST returns TDS returns and other statutory filings Coordinate with statutory internal and tax auditors Banking Cash Flow Prepare cash-flow projections and manage fund flow Handle banking operations bank reconciliation statements LC Bank Guarantee if applicable Process Control Team Coordination Implement and monitor financial SOPs and internal controls Work closely with procurement sales and project execution teams Guide and support junior accounting staff Must-Have Skills CA Inter Mandatory Strong knowledge of GST TDS Income Tax and accounting standards Proficiency in MIS reporting and financial analysis Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems Tally SAP Zoho Strong communication and team coordination skills Experience in the solar renewable energy engineering sector is a plus Education Experience CA Inter Mandatory M Com MBA Finance preferred 5-10 years of experience in Finance Accounts preferably in a project-based or EPC company Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
