Key Responsibilities Create and process Purchase Requisitions PR and Purchase Orders PO related to sales and operations Perform day-to-day SAP data entry and reporting with high accuracy Manage and maintain inventory records including inward outward and stock reconciliation Coordinate dispatch logistics and transportation data ensuring timely and accurate movement of materials Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to sales inventory dispatch and transportation Coordinate with Sales Production Stores Dispatch and Accounts departments Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes Support the Sales team in operational and coordination activities Required Skills Competencies Strong working knowledge of SAP Mandatory Experience in PR PO process Sound understanding of inventory management and dispatch coordination Positive knowledge of transportation and logistics data handling Excellent coordination and communication skills Ability to work independently at plant location Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 41 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
