We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant Jr Executive to join our team As part of the Finance Accounts department you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records handling statutory compliances and supporting the management in financial decision-making This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong accounting background who is looking to grow their career Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately and promptly Accounts Payable Receivable Manage invoices vendor payments collections and reconciliations Bank Reconciliation Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies o Financial Reporting Prepare financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements Taxation Compliance o Prepare and file GST returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B etc and maintain related records o Handle TDS computation deductions and filing of returns o Ensure timely compliance with Income Tax GST and other statutory requirements Audit Support Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation schedules and reconciliations Expense Management Monitor and analyse expenses to ensure budget adherence and proper allocation MIS Reporting Provide management with monthly reports and financial analysis o Ad hoc Tasks Support the accounting team with various tasks as required Requirements Education Bachelor of Commerce B Com or related field Experience Minimum 1 5 years of accounting experience Skills o Strong knowledge of GST TDS and statutory compliances Proficiency in accounting software Tally ERP SAP Zoho or similar o Good knowledge of MS Excel MS Office Strong analytical and problem-solving skills o Attention to detail and accuracy in work Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
