Role Billing Engineer Location Khalapur Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Engineer to manage project billing quantity verification and cost control for construction projects The role involves preparing RA bills client billing BOQs material reconciliations and coordinating with site and accounts teams to ensure accurate and timely project billing Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit Running Account RA bills interim bills and final bills for ongoing projects Verify contractor and subcontractor bills and ensure compliance with contracts Take site measurements and maintain Measurement Books MB Prepare and review BOQs abstracts and quantity take-offs Monitor material usage labour and site progress for billing purposes Handle extra items variations and change orders in bills Coordinate with site engineers project managers and accounts teams Maintain proper billing records reports and documentation Support audits and client billing requirements Assist in cost control and budget tracking for projects Qualifications Experience B E Civil 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction project billing Strong knowledge of billing procedures BOQs RA bills and quantity verification Proficiency in MS Excel MS Office knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus Valuable numerical analytical and documentation skills Preferred Skills Experience with ERP or project billing software Knowledge of contracts tenders and claims management Familiarity with client-side and contractor-side billing practices Strong communication and coordination skills Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Billing 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
