The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing financial activities both in the field and within the office while maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information Key duties include Key Responsibilities 1 Field Work Attending investor meetings to build and maintain relationships Collecting essential documents and ensuring timely submission to the corresponding departments while safeguarding confidentiality Supporting on-site financial operations as required 2 Office Work Organizing and handling important financial documents securely and confidentially Preparing Form 9 and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Managing filings documentation and ensuring records are up-to-date accurate and confidential Coordinating with various departments to streamline documentation and reporting processes without compromising data security 3 Investor Engagement Communicating effectively with investors to address queries provide updates and maintain trust Preparing presentations reports and financial insights for investor meetings while protecting sensitive information 4 Compliance and Reporting Ensuring all financial documentation complies with company policies legal requirements and confidentiality standards Assisting in audits reconciliations and financial reporting with the utmost discretion Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field Robust knowledge of financial documentation and compliance Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and financial software Ability to manage field and office work efficiently Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times Preferred Skills Prior experience in a similar role is a plus Familiarity with investor relations and legal compliance procedures Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Application Question s Are you comfortable doing field work Are you willing to relocate if required Do you own a bike Do you have a valid 2- wheeler and 4-wheeler driving license Work Location In person
