Job Summary Catalyst is looking for a Civil Engineer Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering to manage and oversee all construction renovation and maintenance projects across various Catalyst locations The role involves site supervision coordination with contractors quality control and ensuring timely project execution as per company standards Key Responsibilities Handle and supervise all civil projects across Catalyst locations Plan execute and monitor construction renovation and interior works Coordinate with contractors vendors architects and internal teams Ensure quality control safety standards and compliance with drawings Prepare BOQs material estimates and work schedules Track project progress and submit regular reports to management Verify measurements bills and work completion status Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site technical issues Requirements Diploma B Tech B E in Civil Engineering 1-5 years of experience in site execution or project supervision Knowledge of construction methods materials and drawings Ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously Good coordination and communication skills Willingness to travel between project locations Basic knowledge of AutoCAD MS Excel and project documentation is an added advantage Preferred Skills Robust problem-solving and decision-making ability Time management and multitasking skills Vendor and contractor management experience Salary Benefits Salary As per industry standards Based on experience Travel allowance as applicable Growth opportunities within the organization Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
