We are seeking an experienced and licensed Architect Architectural Designer with a strong background in Interior Design to manage projects from initial concept through final construction and furnishing This is a critical dual role requiring expertise in structural integrity building codes detailed construction drawings and high-level interior aesthetic execution The successful candidate will be responsible for a comprehensive scope of work including Architectural Design Compliance Developing and presenting conceptual designs external facades and site plans for new construction and major renovations Preparing Construction Documents CDs including architectural structural and MEP coordination drawings suitable for permitting and construction Ensuring all designs adhere to local building codes zoning regulations and safety standards Working with engineering consultants structural civil mechanical and managing the permitting process Conducting site visits and construction administration to ensure the build aligns with the design specifications Interior Design Execution Creating detailed interior space plans and functional layouts for efficient use of space Designing and detailing non-load-bearing architectural elements like custom millwork cabinetry and interior staircases Selecting and specifying all interior materials finishes fixtures furniture lighting and equipment FF E Developing aesthetic concepts mood boards and detailed 3D renderings for client presentation Managing vendor and contractor coordination for timely and accurate installation of interior elements QUALIFICATIONS Experience A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in an architectural or dual-role architectural interior design firm Education Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture B Arch or M Arch or a combination of an Interior Architecture Design degree with deep technical architectural experience Licensure State Country Architectural License or Registration is required OR a clear path toward obtaining licensure is expected Technical Proficiency Expert knowledge of Revit AutoCAD or ArchiCAD is mandatory Proficiency in rendering software e g SketchUp 3ds Max or Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite is required Knowledge Comprehensive understanding of Type I-V construction and the ability to interpret and apply local building and accessibility codes Soft Skills Excellent verbal written and visual presentation skills with proven ability to manage client expectations and lead consultant teams Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
