We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive with solid Excel skills and a knack for extracting organizing and analyzing data The ideal candidate should be proactive in generating regular and ad-hoc reports to support key business decisions Key Responsibilities Prepare daily weekly and monthly MIS reports across departments Pull data from various sources e g ERP systems CRM internal databases Use Excel tools like VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Charts Conditional Formatting and Advanced Formulas for data cleaning and analysis Automate and streamline reporting processes where possible Maintain and update dashboards for performance tracking Coordinate with teams to gather requirements for customized reports Identify data trends errors and inconsistencies and highlight them to stakeholders Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports Provide support during audits and data reviews Required Skills Qualifications Graduate in any discipline B Com BBA B Sc or related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in MIS Data Reporting Proficient in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions Comfortable working with large datasets Knowledge of Google Sheets PowerPoint for reporting is a plus Basic understanding of databases and tools like SQL Power BI Tableau optional not mandatory Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Preferred Attributes A problem-solver with an analytical mindset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and improve reporting methods Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
