Job Title BIM Architectural Structural Modeler Experience 4 Years Project Exposure GCC Projects We are looking for a skilled BIM Architectural Structural Modeler with 4 years of experience and strong exposure to GCC projects Key Responsibilities Develop detailed Architectural Structural BIM models using Revit Convert CAD drawings to BIM models with high accuracy Prepare construction-level models drawings and schedules Coordinate with architectural structural and MEP teams Ensure compliance with GCC standards and project requirements Identify and resolve modeling and coordination issues Requirements 4 years of experience as a BIM Architectural Structural Modeler Robust expertise in Revit Architecture Structure Hands-on experience in CAD to BIM conversion Proven experience working on GCC projects Good understanding of BIM standards LOD and workflows Strong communication and coordination skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 75 000 00 per month Work Location In person
