Job Title Project Coordinator Department Projects Execution Location Bhayla Bavla Ahmedabad Qualification B E Diploma - Mechanical Electrical Mechatronics MBA MCA Experience 3 - 8 Years CTC Range 4 0 - 7 0 LPA Job Summary We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to manage and support end-to-end execution of packaging machinery projects including fillers cappers conveyors and palletizers The role involves close coordination with internal departments clients and site teams to ensure project milestones are met with efficiency safety and quality Key Responsibilities Coordinate project execution from planning to commissioning and handover Prepare and monitor project schedules documentation and material lists Liaise with engineering procurement and service teams for on-time delivery Track installation and commissioning activities at client sites Support the team in FAT SAT preparation site coordination and client communication Maintain project reports cost tracking and progress updates Ensure adherence to safety quality and company standards throughout project lifecycle Required Skills Solid technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems Excellent Excel and project documentation skills Good communication and coordination abilities Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with MS Project ERP AutoCAD preferred Preferred Industry Background Packaging Machinery Bottling Line Automation Food Beverage Machinery Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
