Job Title Customer Relationship Officer Department Customer Service Support Team Reports To Customer Relationship Manager Location Govt cyberpark Calicut Job Type Full-time Job Summary The Customer Relationship Officer CRO is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty This role involves handling customer inquiries resolving complaints offering product service support and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure resolution and satisfaction Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations Follow up with customers to ensure successful issue resolution and ongoing satisfaction Maintain accurate and updated customer records in CRM systems Work closely with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes Support marketing campaigns and customer retention initiatives Track and report customer feedback complaints and trends to management Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field Proven experience in customer service sales or a similar customer-facing role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Robust problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Positive attitude and customer-first mindset Preferred Skills Experience in industry-specific knowledge if needed e g SaaS companies Fluency in languages if applicable Conflict resolution and negotiation skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
