Job Role Pediatric Physiotherapist Role Overview As a Pediatric Physiotherapist and Center Manager specializing in autism care you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support to children with autism spectrum disorder ASD Additionally you will take on the responsibility of managing and overseeing the daily operations of the autism care center Responsibilities Clinical Assessment and Treatment Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with autism to identify physical and developmental challenges Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans to address motor skills coordination and sensory integration difficulties Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve functional abilities and promote independence in daily activities Cooperative Care Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists speech therapists and behavior analysts to ensure holistic care for each child Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide education and guidance on home exercises and strategies to support the child s progress Program Development Contribute to the development and enhancement of specialized physiotherapy programs tailored to the unique needs of children with autism Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in pediatric physiotherapy and integrate findings into the center s programs Supervision and Training Provide supervision and mentorship to junior physiotherapists and support staff within the center Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their understanding of autism and improve therapeutic approaches Administrative Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of the autism care center ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow Manage scheduling resource allocation and coordination of services to optimize the use of available resources Quality Assurance Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care in compliance with industry standards Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of physiotherapy interventions and make adjustments as needed Community Engagement Foster positive relationships with parents schools and community organizations to raise awareness about the center s services Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote early intervention and support for children with autism Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments treatment plans and progress reports Generate reports for internal use and external stakeholders as required Qualifications Degree in Physiotherapy with specialisation in Pediatric Physiotherapy Relevant certifications in autism care or related fields State licensure or certification as a physiotherapist Previous experience working with children with autism This combined role requires a compassionate and skilled professional who can seamlessly transition between clinical care and administrative duties contributing to the overall success of the autism care center Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Physiotherapy 1 year Preferred License Certification License Preferred Work Location In person
