About Organisation Our organisation is in a phase of significant growth and expansion focusing on serving the community through numerous healthcare initiatives Our fundamental mission is to deliver high-quality medical services with the overall aim of enhancing the standard of public eye health and impacting lives positively Our dedication compassion and commitment are embodied in our forthcoming project - an eye hospital with a backing of 100 crores This eye healthcare facility is planned to be a beacon of charity and goodwill assuring free medical aid to the less privileged One of our primary services will be the provision of free cataract surgeries By providing these surgeries we aim to alleviate the heavy eye healthcare cost burden too often place on those least able to bear it It is our heartfelt endeavour to aid approximately 50 000 -1 00 000 surgeries annually providing them with a chance to see the world more clearly and live a fuller life We are seeking a responsible and committed individual for the post of Hospital In-Charge 24x7 Responsibility who can take complete operational and administrative responsibility for the hospital on a 24x7 basis The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day hospital functioning ensure smooth coordination among medical nursing and support staff and act as the primary point of accountability for all hospital activities at all times Responsibilities Take overall charge of hospital operations round-the-clock 24x7 Ensure uninterrupted delivery of patient care services Supervise and coordinate medical paramedical and support staff Handle emergency situations and take prompt administrative decisions Ensure compliance with hospital policies protocols and statutory requirements Maintain discipline safety and smooth functioning of all departments Report regularly to senior management governing body Should Possess Solid leadership and decision-making abilities Ability to handle responsibility independently at all times Prior experience in hospital administration or healthcare management preferred Willingness to be available on call 24x7 Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
