Job Title ERP Data Reporting Executive About Sarya Holdings Sarya Holdings is a leading FMCG distributor and brand-building partner operating across India UAE and KSA We specialize in connecting global brands with regional markets through strong distribution networks strategic marketing and seamless logistics With state-of-the-art facilities and a reliable supply chain we ensure quality execution while supporting brand growth through collaboration and innovation Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Data Reporting Executive for our Mumbai office The role involves preparing Excel data for Power BI reporting maintaining and monitoring data in Odoo ERP and coordinating with teams across UAE and KSA through email and virtual meetings to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting Key Responsibilities 1 Excel Data Preparation Formatting Format and structure Excel files according to predefined standards for Power BI consumption Clean validate and normalize data received from various sources Ensure consistency in column naming data types and layouts 2 ERP Data Entry Validation Enter and maintain master data in ERP products customers vendors pricing etc Verify accuracy and completeness of ERP data Identify and rectify data inconsistencies or errors 3 Data Monitoring Cross-Office Reporting Monitor transactional and master data in Odoo ERP on a regular basis Identify data gaps anomalies or deviations Communicate findings and issues to relevant stakeholders in UAE and KSA offices via email or online meetings 4 Excel Reporting Analysis Export data from Odoo ERP and apply Excel formulas for analysis Create customized Excel reports using Pivot Tables and formulas such as VLOOKUP XLOOKUP IF SUMIFS COUNTIFS etc Support management and regional teams with ad-hoc data and MIS reports 5 Cross-Regional Coordination Coordinate with UAE and KSA teams to understand reporting requirements Participate in virtual meetings across time zones Ensure timely responses and clear communication with regional stakeholders Required Skills Qualifications Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel advanced formulas Pivot Tables data cleaning Working knowledge of Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems Basic understanding of Power BI data requirements Strong focus on data accuracy and consistency Communication Soft Skills Valuable written and verbal English communication skills Comfortable communicating with international teams via email and video meetings High attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong organizational and follow-up skills Experience Level 3-5 years experience in ERP support MIS data operations or reporting roles Kindly note We are currently looking for immediate joiners for positions based at our Marol office Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Marol Mumbai Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s What is your current notice period What is your current location What is your current CTC Work Location In person
