About the Role We are looking for a data-driven and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Trainee to support our paid acquisition efforts across digital channels This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to learn how paid media analytics and optimization drive business growth You ll work closely with the performance marketing team on live campaigns and measurable results Key Responsibilities Assist in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads Meta Facebook Instagram and other platforms Support keyword research audience targeting and ad copy creation Monitor campaign performance CTR CPC CPA ROAS and prepare basic reports Help with A B testing of ad creatives copies and landing pages Track conversions and assist in setting up pixels and events with guidance Analyze data to identify trends insights and optimization opportunities Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives Stay updated with performance marketing trends tools and platform updates Requirements Bachelor s degree or pursuing in Marketing Business Analytics or a related field Basic understanding of performance marketing paid advertising concepts Comfort with numbers and data analysis Familiarity with Excel Google Sheets Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Willingness to learn rapid and work in a performance-driven environment Nice to Have Not Mandatory Google Ads Meta Ads certification Internship or coursework in digital or performance marketing Basic knowledge of Google Analytics Tag Manager or Looker Studio Experience running small ad campaigns personal college or freelance projects What You ll Gain Hands-on experience with real ad budgets and live campaigns Training in paid media strategy optimization and analytics Exposure to growth metrics and funnel optimization Mentorship from experienced performance marketers Opportunity for full-time role based on performance Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
