Location RemoteShift Timings Any 9-hour shift between 9AM-9PM ISTSchedule 6 days a week Monday to Sunday with 1 rotational weekly off Salary 16 000 - 22 000 in-hand About Datastraw Technologies Datastraw Technologies works with fast-growing D2C brands to simplify operations and create great customer experiences We focus on customer support retention and engagement to help brands build stronger connections with their customers About the Opportunity We re seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to become part of our expanding Support team This role suits candidates who enjoy resolving issues engaging with people and creating lasting customer connections You ll manage conversations across various platforms and make sure each customer interaction is seamless and satisfying Key Responsibilities Respond to customer questions on WhatsApp Instagram Facebook and other social channels Reply to comments chats and direct messages quickly and professionally Handle incoming and outgoing calls for order verification and escalation cases Maintain precise records of all customer communications in the CRM system Work closely with internal teams logistics partners and client stakeholders to resolve issues quickly Efficiently manage 100 customer interactions each day across various channels Eligibility Criteria Candidates who have at least 3 months of experience in customer service can apply Fluency in English and Hindi with strong written and spoken communication abilities Demonstrates emotional resilience and empathy when managing customers in stressful situations Strong computer proficiency with the ability to work effectively on CRM systems A personal laptop and stable internet connection are required for this remote role Demonstrates punctuality accountability and the ability to work well within a team What We Offer You ll receive paid training to learn our tools communication processes and CRM software Direct experience working on multichannel customer support in a fast-moving setup Explicit growth paths supported by strong performance and ongoing learning
