Job Title HR Recruiter Location Bengaluru India Company Popo Ventures - The Pizza Bakery Paris Panini Smash Guys Employment Type Full-Time About Company Popo Ventures is a modern food and hospitality company building bold design-led brands with strong cultural identities Home to The Pizza Bakery Paris Panini and Smash Guys we focus on creating memorable food experiences backed by consistent quality thoughtful execution and scalable systems Each brand reflects our commitment to craft creativity and relevance in a fast-evolving food landscape At Popo Ventures we believe great brands are built by empowered people We foster a culture of ownership learning and accountability where teams are encouraged to think independently and grow with the business As we expand we re looking for passionate individuals who want to build meaningful careers while shaping the future of food and hospitality Role Overview The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for Popo Ventures ensuring timely hiring of quality talent across functions This role owns recruitment delivery from manpower requisition to candidate joining while maintaining strong stakeholder coordination and a positive candidate experience Key Responsibilities Recruitment Hiring Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate operations and field roles as assigned Understand manpower requirements through discussions with business and hiring managers Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals social media referrals vendors and campus hiring Screen resumes conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate interview schedules Drive offer rollouts negotiate compensation within approved frameworks and close positions within defined timelines Joining Pre-Onboarding Ensure complete documentation collection and background verification coordination Track offer acceptances and ensure smooth candidate follow-ups until date of joining Coordinate with HR Operations and Hiring Managers to ensure seamless onboarding readiness Maintain joining trackers and ensure zero drop-offs wherever possible Stakeholder Management Act as a recruitment SPOC for assigned departments Provide regular hiring status updates and reports to hiring managers and leadership Build solid relationships with consultants vendors and external recruitment partners Data MIS Compliance Maintain recruitment dashboards trackers and hiring metrics TAT closure ratio source effectiveness Ensure adherence to internal hiring processes approval matrices and HR policies Support audits and internal reviews related to recruitment documentation The duties and responsibilities outlined in this job description are not exhaustive and may be subject to change as deemed necessary by the Company Employees are expected to perform any other related duties as assigned by their supervisor or management which may include additional tasks outside the scope of the primary job functions Key Requirements MBA PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification 0-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience preferably in startups retail hospitality QSR or high-growth environments Proven experience handling bulk and lateral hiring simultaneously Blue collar hiring experience preferred Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring best practices Excellent communication coordination and negotiation skills Ability to work in fast-paced dynamic environments with tight timelines High ownership mindset with strong follow-through Proficient in MS Excel recruitment trackers and ATS platforms Freshers Can Apply To Apply Send your CV and a cover letter to julien popovntures com with the subject line HR Recruiter Application Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
