Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end in-house recruitment The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring candidates across multiple roles while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring requirements Understand hiring needs from stakeholders and prepare job descriptions Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn referrals and social media Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment trackers Manage offer rollouts negotiations and follow-ups Ensure smooth joining and onboarding coordination Build and maintain a strong internal talent pipeline Ensure hiring targets and TATs are met Required Skills Qualifications Master in HR Management or related field 2-4 years of experience in in-house recruitment Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously Positive understanding of hiring processes and interview techniques Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets Preferred Skills Experience hiring for Non-IT Sales Corporate roles Knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics Strong stakeholder management skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund
