Job Profile - HR Recruiter Industry EdTech eLearning Work Mode In-office Hybrid after 3 months of probation Location - Noida sec 63 Experience 2-3 Years Joining Immediate Joiner Preferred We are looking for an experienced and energetic HR Recruiter to join our team The ideal candidate should have prior recruitment experience in EdTech eLearning or similar organizations and possess solid communication and coordination skills Key Responsiblity Handle end-to-end recruitment for various technical and non-technical roles Source candidates through job portals referrals social media and internal databases Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for interview scheduling and feedback Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process Work closely with client teams as required Required Skill Qualification Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment Prior experience with EdTech eLearning companies is mandatory Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment Energetic enthusiastic and proactive attitude Experience working directly with client teams will be an added advantage Immediate joiners preferred Additional Requirements In-office role only Hybrid model applicable after 3 months of probation Candidates should be from nearby locations long-distance commuters will not be considered No remote working option Interested candidate can share their cv at - anjum dimentics com Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
