Job Summary The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing materials negotiating with vendors processing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality and cost efficiency Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate vendors as per company requirements Prepare and issue purchase orders and follow up for timely delivery Negotiate prices payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers Ensure materials are procured as per quality standards and specifications Coordinate with stores production and accounts departments Maintain purchase records vendor data and documentation Track inventory levels and plan procurement accordingly Resolve vendor-related issues such as delays shortages or quality concerns Ensure compliance with company procurement policies Educational Qualification Bachelor s degree in Commerce Business Administration or a related field Experience 1-4 years of experience in purchase procurement Experience in manufacturing pharma trading industry preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 200 000 00 - 400 000 00 per year Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
