Who are Inchcape At Inchcape Shipping Services our vision is to create a connected world where customers can trade successfully and make informed decisions in every port everywhere We achieve this by combining our worldwide infrastructure with local expertise through our global network of more than 250 proprietary offices and a team of over 3 000 dedicated professionals Our diverse customer base includes owners and charterers in the oil cruise container and bulk commodity sectors as well as naval government and intergovernmental organizations We have an ambitious growth model and a career here is certainly going to be a rewarding one that will allow you to bring your skills experience We embrace change and are open to new thinking and pushing for positive change in our industry Main Purpose of Job We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Executive to support our procurement operations by developing maintaining and analysing data reports You will work closely with procurement finance and vendor management teams to ensure accurate reporting help track performance metrics identify trends and support data-driven decision-making Key Accountabilities Ensuring Group Procurement provides productive and effective support to the global business Develop automate and maintain procurement dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel Power BI Tableau etc Analyse procurement data to identify savings opportunities supplier performance trends and compliance risks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure consistent data standards Maintain data accuracy and integrity across procurement systems Generate monthly quarterly and annual procurement performance reports for internal stakeholders Track KPIs such as spend under management cost savings vendor performance etc Assist in ad hoc reporting and analytics tasks for special procurement projects and audits Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements HSSE - Health Safety Security and Risk Mandatory Requirements Assessing HSSE risk and implementing risk controls within own area of responsibility Reporting all accidents incidents and near misses whether the persons are injured or not Taking action within the area of accountability to ensure the HSSE of both the job holder and other persons who may be affected by acts carried out or failed to be carried out by the job holder while at work Ensuring full compliance with the ISS HSSE Management System The post holder will carry out any other duties within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Line Manager and ensure full utilisation of all ISS systems according to Standard Operating Procedures Key Deliverables As per the annual performance objectives Essential Previous experience in a procurement finance or business intelligence role Excellent analytical skills with the ability to combine them with business knowledge Continuous improvement mind-set High-level management reporting Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work under minimal supervision Strong values and knowledge with regard to ethics and compliance Ability to communicate on all levels influential skills relationship builder to internal and external stakeholders Excellent written and spoken English Desirable Ability to speak other European languages would be an advantage Experience in large scale complex global service organisation Extensive experience in or exposure to the maritime industry Experience in vendor auditing and compliance Essential Eligibility to work in India Ability to travel to the UK and worldwide LI-MB1
