Job Title IT Executive IT Support Engineer Location Changodar Ahmedabad Experience Required Minimum 1 year Industry Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Executive to support daily IT operations in our pharmaceutical manufacturing environment The candidate will be responsible for handling basic IT administration tasks coordinating with external vendors and ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems to support business operations Key Responsibilities IT Administration Support Create configure and manage employee email IDs and user accounts Provide first-level IT support for hardware software networking and system-related issues Troubleshoot common issues with PCs printers scanners and other office equipment Install configure and update operating systems software and antivirus tools Vendor Coordination Communicate and coordinate with outsourced IT vendors for maintenance troubleshooting and new IT solution implementation Follow up with service providers for timely resolution of issues Evaluate vendor proposals and provide recommendations for improvements Network System Support Monitor LAN Wi-Fi and internet connectivity and escalate issues when needed Support maintenance of servers CCTV biometric systems and ERP if applicable Ensure proper backup and storage systems are functional Compliance Documentation Maintain IT asset records laptops desktops network devices licenses etc Assist in ensuring IT practices comply with pharma industry regulations e g data integrity backup protocols access control Maintain documentation of IT activities user requests and resolutions Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or system administration Basic understanding of networking concepts LAN WAN routers switches Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Google Workspace for email management Ability to troubleshoot hardware software issues Good communication and coordination skills to handle vendors and internal users Experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing workplace is an advantage Preferred Qualifications Understanding of IT compliance requirements in pharma data integrity security backups Familiarity with ERP systems CCTV and biometric systems Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Salary As per industry standards Employment Type Full Time Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month
