Job Title Sales Executive Company Hi-Path Technologies Location Alpha IT City I-61 Sector 83 Mohali Punjab 140306 Key Responsibilities Identify and generate sales leads for government projects related to CCTV Fire Alarm and Networking solutions Conduct site assessments and present technical proposals tailored to public sector needs and specifications Prepare and deliver sales quotations proposals and tender documentation in compliance with government procurement norms Build and nurture strong relationships with government officials consultants and system integrators Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and project milestones Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution Monitor industry trends competitor activities and regulatory updates relevant to security and networking solutions Provide after-sales technical support troubleshooting and system upgrades as required Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in sales of technical systems CCTV Fire Alarm Networking preferably for government or large institutional clients Technical understanding of CCTV fire alarm and networking products and standards Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills for engaging with government stakeholders Familiarity with government procurement processes and tender management Proficiency with CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and other sales management tools Self-motivated results-driven and able to work independently and as part of a team Additional certifications in electronics security or technical sales are a plus Desired Attributes Ability to travel and collaborate across multiple government departments and project locations Attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills for handling complex and compliance-driven sales cycles Customer-focused approach and commitment to building long-term relationships Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Work Location In person
