Architect - Company Studio Nitesh Location Jaipur Rajasthan Job Type Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a talented Architect with experience in architectural design working drawings interior coordination and site understanding The ideal candidate should be skilled in concept development technical detailing and client communication Key Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts layouts and design presentations Prepare working drawings GFC drawings sections elevations and construction details Coordinate with interior designers draftsmen 3D visualizers and site engineers Conduct site visits for design checks measurements and implementation reviews Meet client requirements prepare presentations and handle project communications Ensure accuracy in design detailing and documentation as per project standards Modify drawings based on client feedback technical inputs and site changes Skills Requirements Proficiency in AutoCAD mandatory SketchUp Revit preferred Strong knowledge of architectural detailing materials building codes and standards Ability to create explicit accurate plans elevations sections working drawings Good understanding of interior layouts and coordination requirements Excellent communication and time-management skills Minimum 1-5 years of experience in architectural design B Arch degree required Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
