We are looking for a UI UX designer to design software and platforms that meets user needs We need you to be analytical creative in order to design the overall functionality of the product to ensure great user experience Ultimately you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers Responsibilities Understand product specifications and user psychology Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to implement an enterprise-wide UX UI design strategy Translate concepts into user flows wireframes mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback Find creative ways to solve UX problems example usability findability Design deliver wireframes user stories user journeys mockups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers Requirements 0 6- 2 year of UI UX design experience Excellent visual design skills and proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch Zeplin Illustrator and Photoshop Basic HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript skills preferred not mandatory Experience working with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision Extensive experience in using UI UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes ideas and solutions to teams and clients Passionate about resolving user pain points Experience 0 6- 2 years Note Mandatory employment contract of one year Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
