Key Responsibilities - Supervise and monitor in office construction activities to ensure work quality and progress Coordinate with engineers contractors and laborers to maintain workflow Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at the site Maintain daily site reports and update project managers on progress Manage materials equipment and manpower efficiently Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent project delays Verify measurements and assist in quantity estimation when required Desired Skills Qualification B Tech or Diploma in Civil Experience Required 2-5 years Strong technical and practical knowledge of civil construction Good leadership and team management skills Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Excellent communication and reporting skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance
