About ToppersNotes ToppersNotes is an education-focused organization engaged in creating exam-oriented books notes and digital resources for Central and State-level competitive examinations Our research team plays a critical role in identifying organizing and structuring exam-related information used across our academic products Job Purpose The Research Associate will be primarily responsible for searching identifying and compiling information on competitive examinations and maintaining structured exam databases in Excel The role requires effective use of research tools Excel and AI platforms such as ChatGPT to support academic and publishing teams Key Responsibilities 1 Exam Identification Research Search and identify Central and State-level competitive examinations Government Semi-Government and statutory bodies Track exams conducted by UPSC SSC Banking bodies Railways State PSCs Police Teaching boards CETs Universities etc Monitor official notifications recruitment portals and exam calendars 2 Excel-Based Data Compilation i Create and maintain exam lists in Excel including fields such as Exam Name Conducting Body Level Central State Eligibility Subjects Syllabus Area Exam Frequency ii Ensure data accuracy consistency and regular updates 3 Use of AI Research Tools i Effectively use OpenAI tools e g ChatGPT for Initial research support Structuring exam data Summarizing exam information ii Validate AI-generated outputs with official sources before final documentation 4 Academic Content Support Share structured exam data with content editorial and academic teams Assist in exam categorization and mapping for book and content planning 5 Documentation Reporting Prepare clean well-organized Excel sheets and research summaries Maintain version-controlled and updated research files Eligibility Criteria Graduate or Post-graduate in any discipline Must have appeared in one or more competitive examinations UPSC SSC Banking Railways State PSCs Police Teaching Exams etc Familiarity with the competitive exam ecosystem is essential Required Skills Competencies Good working knowledge of MS Excel data entry sorting filtering basic formulas Ability to research exams using official websites and notifications Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for research assistance Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Basic understanding of competitive exam structures Ability to work independently in an office setting Preferred Candidate Profile Competitive exam aspirants or former aspirants Experience in education coaching institutes publishing or ed-tech Candidates with exposure to multiple exams will be preferred Candidates comfortable with structured repetitive accuracy-driven work Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Application Question s Have you appeared in any Govt exams What s your current CTC What s your expected CTC Work Location In person
