Account Manager Do you enjoy creating a successful sales strategy Are you a dynamic enthusiastic B2B sales professional from exhibition or retail luxury industry About our Team RX is a global leader in events and exhibitions leveraging industry expertise data and technology to build businesses for individuals communities and organisations With a presence in 25 countries across 42 industry sectors RX hosts approximately 350 events annually About the Role The Account Manager will support the Retail Portfolio within the Exhibitions Conferences division working across key events including Gifts India and MAPIC The role centers on sponsorship sales and managing relationships with mall developers retail brands CEOs CXOs and high-net-worth executives ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing comprehensive sales plans to exceed revenue targets across all revenue lines with a focus on face to face and digital opportunities for each of your clients Leading sponsorship-focused sales initiatives Engaging with mall developers retail brands CEOs CXOs and high-value executives Building and maintaining relationships across retail real estate and luxury sectors Supporting commercial success of Gifts India and MAPIC events Map and target prospects from real estate developers retail BD teams mall leasing teams and luxury B2B brands Contributing to the preparation and development of all sales promotions material to encourage visit promotion Produce current sales initiatives for maximum client retained and acquired RequirementsPossess a proven track record of Sponsorship sales with minimum 8-12 year of experience preferably from retail exhibition Be a team player and display good communication skills and able to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business Experience handling CXO HNI clients with Knowledge of retail industry and related business models Able to travel as needed for accounts within India assigned territory Demonstrate great networking and successful negotiation skills A Can-do attitude strategic mindset and solution orientation Work in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work life balance across the organisation We offer an appealing working prospect for our people With numerous wellbeing initiatives shared parental leave study assistance and sabbaticals we will help you meet your immediate responsibilities and your long-term goals Working flexible hours -
