Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to lead end-to-end interior design projects The role involves concept development client coordination team leadership and execution across residential and or commercial projects while ensuring quality timelines and budgets are met Key Responsibilities Lead interior design projects from concept to execution Understand client requirements and translate them into design concepts layouts Prepare design presentations mood boards and material selections Develop space planning furniture layouts and design documentation Coordinate with clients architects vendors contractors and consultants Review and approve drawings BOQs and specifications Oversee site execution to ensure design intent quality and timelines Mentor and guide junior designers and draftsmen Ensure projects adhere to budgets timelines and brand standards Stay updated with design trends materials and technologies Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture or related field 5-8 years of relevant industry experience Strong knowledge of materials finishes lighting and furniture Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp 3Ds Max Revit or similar tools Excellent client management and communication skills Strong leadership and project management abilities Eye for detail with solid aesthetic and technical understanding Preferred Skills Good to Have Experience in residential commercial hospitality projects Vendor and site coordination experience Basic knowledge of costing and BOQs Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 803 02 per month Work Location In person
