Role Area Sales Manager Job Type Full-time Location Noida Faridabad South Delhi Chandigarh About Fitelo Fitelo is one of India s fastest-growing health and wellness platforms helping thousands achieve long-term weight loss and better living through personalized nutrition fitness and clean-label D2C products With a rapidly expanding product line from smart scales to wellness foods and teas we re building a brand that makes healthy living simple personalized and effective About the role The Area Sales Manager will play a key front-line role in driving Fitelo s growth by building and nurturing robust relationships with doctors across the assigned territory This role is ideal for a proactive field-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and is motivated by making a real impact in healthcare accessibility Specifically this role will involve Onboarding new doctors within the assigned territory Retaining onboarded doctors and building long-term professional relationships Managing and taking complete ownership of the assigned territory Driving patient conversion through effective collaboration with doctors Conducting Continuous Medical Education CME sessions and in-clinic OPD camps Making 6-7 field visits daily and engaging with a minimum of 5-6 doctors per day Attempting outreach to 10-12 doctors daily to meet conversion targets Representing Fitelo professionally in front of doctors and healthcare partners Working closely with internal teams to support business development goals Ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in doctor or patient onboarding gynecology background preferred Mandatory field sales experience Robust communication and interpersonal skills High energy resilience and comfort working in a high-growth startup environment Willingness to relocate to the assigned territory A valid driving license access to a two-wheeler and an Android smartphone A proactive result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently Qualifications Any graduate preferably from pharmaceutical Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 400 000 00 - 480 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
